2.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 99baji Platform in their entirety. By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree with these terms in whole or in part, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact support to arrange closure.
2.3 These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access the Platform (desktop, mobile web browser, or any other means of access).
2.4 99baji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. See Clause 15 for the full amendment procedure.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to open a 99baji Account and to use any service on the Platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. 99baji enforces age verification at both the registration stage and before any withdrawal is processed. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 99baji Platform is operated for and targeted at players based in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online sports betting and casino gaming are not prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws or regulations.
3.3 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You confirm that you are not acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or judicial restriction that would prevent you from incurring binding obligations.
3.4 Not a Compulsive Gambler. You confirm that you are not, to your knowledge, a compulsive gambler and that you are not self-excluded from any other gambling platform. Players who have self-excluded from the Platform may not re-register under any circumstances during the active exclusion period.
18+ Strictly Enforced: 99baji takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Player found to have provided false age information will have their Account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their households do not access the Platform.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 99baji Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Bangladeshi mobile phone number. 99baji is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
4.3 Your Account username and password are personal credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify 99baji support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in closure of the Account without notice.
4.5 99baji reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
5.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, 99baji requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This is a standard practice in the online gaming industry and is a condition of operating a secure, fraud-resistant platform.

6.1 All deposits and account balances on 99baji are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits made in BDT via supported local payment methods.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 99baji does not impose a maximum single deposit limit under normal circumstances, although individual payment method providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction limits.
6.3 Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed within the Account deposit section.
6.4 Deposits made via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the BDT Wallet within minutes of a confirmed transfer. Bank-to-bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in the Account balance.
6.5 99baji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 99baji Account. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be held pending investigation and returned to the source without crediting the Account.
6.6 Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their own payment provider. 99baji does not add surcharges on top of standard deposit transactions.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 99baji Account and previously used for a deposit on the Account, unless the Player has completed full KYC verification and the alternative withdrawal method has been separately verified.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the BDT Wallet until the minimum is met.
7.3 Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the same business day, subject to KYC clearance. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
7.4 99baji reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the standard estimates provided in Clause 7.3. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to extended review.
7.5 Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in withdrawal requests. Only real-money funds and fully cleared bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
7.6 Winnings from free bets or promotional offers are subject to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the offer was made, in addition to the general withdrawal conditions stated here.
8.1 99baji may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions — including promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as BPL and IPL, and cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer.
8.2 All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any portion of bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
8.3 Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds balance, which is separate from the real-money BDT Wallet. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets unless the specific promotion requires otherwise.
8.4 A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion before completing the wagering requirement of a current bonus will result in the forfeiture of the current bonus balance.
8.5 99baji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. If a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, any amendment or cancellation will not affect the Player's right to fulfil existing wagering requirements on that credited amount.
8.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements — is Prohibited Conduct under Clause 11 and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
9.1 All bets placed on 99baji are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, or casino game. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
9.2 Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet confirmation receipt issued, the bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. Errors made by the Player in selecting markets, odds, or stake amounts are the Player's sole responsibility.
9.3 99baji reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

9.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. 99baji reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Accounts where warranted by betting pattern analysis.

11.1 The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

12.1 All content on the 99baji Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 99baji or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99baji.
12.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own licensing terms. 99baji grants no rights in respect of third-party game content beyond those necessary for the Player to access and play the game through the Platform.

14.1 99baji collects and processes personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and Platform use. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and Players' rights in relation to that data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.3 99baji applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between the Player's device and the Platform. Player data is stored on secure servers and is never sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
14.4 KYC documentation is retained for the period required by applicable anti-money laundering and identity verification regulations and then securely deleted. 15.1 99baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 15.2 It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms, or following the expiry of any notice period provided, constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.3 If a Player does not agree with an amendment, they must cease using the Platform and notify 99baji in writing at [email protected] to arrange Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law and the internal policies of 99baji, to the extent permissible under applicable law.
16.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the 99baji support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to a binding arbitration process conducted in English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
